Job Summary

A company is looking for a Partner Account Manager to enhance partner success and drive platform adoption.

Key Responsibilities
  • Advocate for the company's mission, minimizing churn and fostering lasting partnerships
  • Build and maintain relationships with partners' leadership and operations teams to support business growth
  • Lead all phases of the partner life cycle, including onboarding and expansion, while addressing any commercial or product issues
Required Qualifications
  • 6+ years of experience in Partner Account Management or Partner Success
  • 2+ years of project management or onboarding/implementation experience
  • 3+ years of experience in a high-growth SaaS environment
  • Proven ability to grow multiple partner accounts
  • Excellent analysis and negotiation abilities
