Job Summary
A company is looking for a Partner Account Manager to enhance partner success and drive platform adoption.
Key Responsibilities
- Advocate for the company's mission, minimizing churn and fostering lasting partnerships
- Build and maintain relationships with partners' leadership and operations teams to support business growth
- Lead all phases of the partner life cycle, including onboarding and expansion, while addressing any commercial or product issues
Required Qualifications
- 6+ years of experience in Partner Account Management or Partner Success
- 2+ years of project management or onboarding/implementation experience
- 3+ years of experience in a high-growth SaaS environment
- Proven ability to grow multiple partner accounts
- Excellent analysis and negotiation abilities
