Job Summary
A company is looking for a Partner Account Manager to manage and grow partner relationships post-launch.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the post-sale lifecycle of revenue-generating partnerships and serve as the primary contact for partners
- Lead the onboarding process for new partners and monitor program effectiveness
- Identify and execute expansion opportunities while coordinating cross-functional execution with internal teams
Required Qualifications
- 4-6 years of experience in account management, partner success, or strategic partnerships
- Proven track record of growing revenue within existing accounts
- Experience managing multiple partners simultaneously
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance data
- Experience in edtech, workforce development, SaaS, or education-related ecosystems is preferred
