Job Summary
Managing key external partnerships, the full-time Partner Account Manager will oversee vendor relationships, ensure compliance with card product regulations, and drive performance metrics while working in a hybrid environment.
Key responsibilities
- Ensure effective day-to-day management of key external partnerships, focusing on strategic banking partners and overseeing vendor performance
- Develop and lead quarterly business reviews with external partners, aligning with strategic objectives and initiatives
- Manage vendor invoices and maintain accurate records while establishing reports on key performance metrics and dashboards
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a business-related field or equivalent work experience
- 5+ years of experience in Operations, Vendor Management, and Vendor Invoicing within the card ecosystem
- Experience with debit, prepaid, and credit card products is required
- Advanced proficiency with Excel and experience in report-building tools (e.g., Tableau, Cognos)
- On-Demand Pay experience is a plus
