Job Summary
Owning the end-to-end due diligence and onboarding process for new partners, the full-time remote Partner Acquisition Director will design and implement standardized frameworks for partner qualification, contracting, and onboarding while collaborating closely with legal and operations teams.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the full due diligence process for prospective partners, ensuring thorough evaluation and timely progression through the acquisition pipeline
- Design and continuously improve a standardized partner acquisition process, utilizing data to drive performance and efficiency
- Coordinate with legal and enablement teams to ensure seamless contracting and onboarding of new partners, maintaining clear communication throughout the process
Required qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in SaaS software with a focus on channel partnerships or alliances
- Proven ability to design and implement repeatable processes in a structured environment
- Experience collaborating cross-functionally with legal, operations, and enablement teams in a fast-paced software setting
- Strong analytical skills for assessing partner quality and measuring process performance
- Highly organized and self-directed, capable of managing multiple engagements simultaneously
