Job Summary
To ensure measurable growth through strategic partnerships, the full-time remote Partner Activation Manager will activate new partners, integrate Leap into partner workflows, and develop operational systems that drive referral flow and pipeline influence.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and execute activation plans that translate signed partnerships into referral flow and revenue impact
- Coordinate cross-functionally to support integrations, eligibility flows, reporting, and co-branded initiatives
- Define and track KPIs including referral volume, conversion rates, and partner engagement
Required Qualifications
- 4-6+ years of experience in partnerships, consultant relations, or strategic account management, preferably in healthcare or employer benefits
- Demonstrated success in driving measurable revenue impact through referral or distribution partnerships
- Strong commercial acumen with an understanding of how partnerships influence growth
- Experience working closely with enterprise sales teams to support partner engagement
- Data-driven and strategic, with the ability to define KPIs and assess performance
