Job Summary

A company is looking for a Partner Alliance Manager, Community Ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage relationships with strategic HR advisory partners to influence new business opportunities
  • Drive alignment between sales teams and advisory firms to identify shared opportunities
  • Track and report on partner-influenced pipeline and collaborate with sales leadership
Required Qualifications
  • 8+ years of experience in partnerships, sales, or business development, preferably in SaaS or HR technology
  • Proven track record of working with advisory firms to drive pipeline and sales outcomes
  • Familiarity with enterprise sales motions and third-party advisor influence
  • Experience using Salesforce or other CRM systems to track partner activities
  • Self-motivated and organized, able to operate in a fast-paced environment
