Job Summary
Driving the strategic development of the partner ecosystem, the full-time remote Partner and Alliances Lead will identify, recruit, and manage high-value partnerships to generate scalable revenue growth in the UK and EMEA regions.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead the acquisition of partnerships through market research and analysis, focusing on Tier 1 accounting firms and global ERP integrators
- Drive partner-sourced revenue targets to meet corporate ARR growth goals while collaborating with sales teams on joint account plans
- Develop and refine the regional partner program framework, incorporating market analysis and partner feedback on incentive structures
Required qualifications:
- A minimum of 5 years of related experience with a Bachelor's degree, or 4 years with a Master's degree, or a PhD with 2 years of experience
- Proven experience in SaaS channel sales, partner development, or alliance management
- Prior experience with accounting, ERP, or financial technology partners is highly preferred
- Deep expertise in multi-tier channel models and alliance management within the SaaS sector
- Proficiency in CRM and partner relationship management platforms for opportunity attribution and pipeline reporting
