A company is looking for a Partner Business Development - CRM Transformation leader for the Americas.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with key partners to integrate CRM technology into their business strategies and solution architectures
• Develop business development plans with partners to create a joint CRM pipeline focused on measurable outcomes
• Guide partners in operational planning for CRM adoption and collaborate on joint marketing and execution activities

Required Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in partner business development or enterprise software business development in the Americas
• Proven success in driving partner-led business development and pipeline creation
• Deep understanding of the CRM market and partner monetization strategies
• Experience in complex global partner ecosystems
• Fluency in English; Spanish or Portuguese is a strong plus
