Partner Business Development - AI

Job Summary

To drive partner engagement and business transformation, the full-time Partner Business Development - AI will identify, recruit, and develop partners across the Americas to integrate ServiceNow's AI platform into their strategies, working in a flexible or remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Proactively identify and onboard innovative partners to adopt ServiceNow AI into their reference architectures
• Collaborate with partners to generate sourced pipeline opportunities and drive customer design wins
• Provide guidance and support to partners for effective integration of AI into their business models

Required qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in partner business development, ISV/channel sales, or enterprise software sales in the Americas
• Strong understanding of the AI ecosystem and proven ability to influence partners' business models
• Demonstrated success in building joint pipeline with partners and supporting deal closures
• Excellent collaboration skills to align partners and field sellers for joint go-to-market execution
• Fluency in English; proficiency in Spanish or Portuguese is a strong plus
