Job Summary

Collaborating with Motorola partners, the full-time Partner Business Development Manager will identify new business opportunities, develop tailored marketing programs, and engage with sales teams to drive positive sales growth, with potential for remote flexibility.

Key responsibilities
  • Engage with vendor partners to strengthen relationships and facilitate sales growth activities
  • Meet sales performance goals and communicate monthly summaries of opportunities to management
  • Implement call campaigns using business intelligence to identify new opportunities and report on campaign success
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree from a four-year accredited college or university
  • 3-4 years of related IT sales experience, ideally with Motorola or a similar partner
  • Proven experience working with channel partners is required
  • Motorola experience is strongly preferred but not required
