Job Summary

To drive partner engagement and AI adoption, the full-time Partner Business Development Manager will identify and recruit innovative partners across the Americas, influence their business practices to incorporate ServiceNow's AI platform, and collaborate on joint pipeline development while working in a flexible or remote environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Proactively identify and onboard partners who can integrate ServiceNow AI into their business strategies
  • Collaborate with partners to develop joint pipeline opportunities and secure customer design wins
  • Provide training and support to partners, ensuring they are equipped to leverage AI in their offerings
Required qualifications
  • 10+ years of experience in partner business development, ISV/channel sales, or enterprise software sales in the Americas
  • Strong understanding of the AI ecosystem and proven ability to influence partner business models
  • Demonstrated success in building joint pipeline and closing deals with partners
  • Excellent collaboration skills to align partners and field sellers for joint go-to-market execution
  • Fluency in English; proficiency in Spanish or Portuguese is a strong plus
