Job Summary
A company is looking for a Partner & Channel Manager to expand and scale its partner ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
- Own a portfolio of partners end-to-end, including sourcing, onboarding, and performance management
- Build repeatable partner playbooks and maintain partner-facing documentation
- Drive partner-sourced pipeline through targeted campaigns and coordinate internal execution across teams
Required Qualifications
- 5-7+ years in partnerships/channel/alliance roles in B2B SaaS, preferably in HR tech, talent tech, or EdTech
- Strong commercial instincts for positioning, packaging, and negotiation support
- Operational excellence with the ability to create clear processes from ambiguity
- Experience managing multiple workstreams effectively
- Familiarity with ATS/HCM/LMS ecosystems and partner tools is a plus
