Job Summary

A company is looking for a Partner & Channel Manager to expand and scale its partner ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own a portfolio of partners end-to-end, including sourcing, onboarding, and performance management
  • Build repeatable partner playbooks and maintain partner-facing documentation
  • Drive partner-sourced pipeline through targeted campaigns and coordinate internal execution across teams
Required Qualifications
  • 5-7+ years in partnerships/channel/alliance roles in B2B SaaS, preferably in HR tech, talent tech, or EdTech
  • Strong commercial instincts for positioning, packaging, and negotiation support
  • Operational excellence with the ability to create clear processes from ambiguity
  • Experience managing multiple workstreams effectively
  • Familiarity with ATS/HCM/LMS ecosystems and partner tools is a plus
