Partner Content & Communications Manager

Job Summary

Seeking a creative and strategic Partner Content & Communications Manager, this full-time remote position will develop and execute partner messaging, communications strategies, and content for Appfire's channel program, ensuring partners are informed and engaged.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a partner messaging framework aligned with Appfire's narrative, ensuring consistency across communications
• Lead partner communication strategies, including newsletters and program launch campaigns, to drive awareness and engagement
• Produce a variety of partner-facing content, managing the content library and collaborating with design for visual representation

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in content marketing, partner marketing, or channel communications within a B2B SaaS or technology company
• Exceptional writing and editing skills with adaptability for different formats and audiences
• Experience in developing messaging frameworks or brand voice guidelines
• Proven track record in executing launch communications or go-to-market programs
• Familiarity with partner ecosystems and experience writing for partner portals or enablement systems
