Job Summary

Seeking a creative and strategic Partner Content & Communications Manager, this full-time remote position will manage the voice of Appfire's channel program by developing compelling content and communications that engage partners and drive program awareness.

Key responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain a partner messaging framework aligned with Appfire's narrative, ensuring consistency in partner communications
  • Lead partner communication strategies, including newsletter management and new program launch campaigns, to enhance partner engagement
  • Produce a range of partner-facing content, ensuring alignment with brand voice and effective distribution across various channels
Required qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in content marketing, partner marketing, or channel communications, preferably in a B2B SaaS or technology environment
  • Exceptional writing and editing skills, with experience in developing messaging frameworks and brand voice guidelines
  • Proven track record in executing launch communications or go-to-market programs that drive partner awareness and adoption
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams and meet deadlines
  • Familiarity with partner ecosystems and experience writing for partner portals or enablement systems
