Job Summary

Managing day-to-day tasks for client marketing and enrollment management, the fully remote Partner Coordinator will oversee budgets, billing processes, and project management while ensuring client satisfaction and maintaining strong relationships with both clients and internal teams.

Key responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal business partners to facilitate client service execution
  • Manage project workflows, ensuring deadlines are established, communicated, and monitored throughout the project lifecycle
  • Handle billing processes and provide regular updates on activities and workflow to the Account Manager and relevant teams
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or a related field, or equivalent experience preferred
  • 1-3 years of experience in managing projects or events from concept to completion
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially advanced skills in Excel
  • Demonstrated critical thinking, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
  • Experience in providing excellent customer service and building relationships at all levels
