Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and develop a team of Partner Customer Success Managers to enhance customer value and operational excellence

Required Qualifications
  • 4+ years of experience leading customer-facing teams in Customer Success or similar roles
  • Proven ability to drive strategic outcomes and manage programs effectively
  • Strong data literacy with the ability to analyze trends and make autonomous decisions
  • Experience building trusted relationships with customers and partners across SMB and Enterprise segments
  • Resilient problem solver with a growth mindset and eagerness to learn
