Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a team of Partner Customer Success Managers to enhance customer value and operational excellence
- Own and evolve the partner customer success strategy, managing the partner lifecycle from onboarding to retention
- Drive operational rigor through data analysis and cross-functional collaboration to improve partner and customer experiences
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience leading customer-facing teams in Customer Success or similar roles
- Proven ability to drive strategic outcomes and manage programs effectively
- Strong data literacy with the ability to analyze trends and make autonomous decisions
- Experience building trusted relationships with customers and partners across SMB and Enterprise segments
- Resilient problem solver with a growth mindset and eagerness to learn
