Job Summary

A company is looking for a Partner Customer Success Manager to shape post-sales success for indirect customer accounts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own the post-sales relationship for indirect customers through reseller and partner channels
  • Drive product adoption and long-term retention via partner-delivered implementations
  • Act as a liaison between Customer Success and Partner teams to ensure alignment and consistent customer experience


Required Qualifications
  • 6+ years of experience in Customer Success or Account Management, with at least 2 years in Partner Success in a SaaS environment
  • Experience supporting indirect customer relationships through resellers or marketplaces
  • Strong process-building skills with a focus on developing new workflows
  • Ability to manage customer relationships end-to-end, even when delivery is through partners
  • Willingness to use AI to enhance skills and improve efficiency
