Partner Delivery Advisor Director

Job Summary

To support Salesforce's Global Consulting Partner organization, the full-time remote Partner Delivery Advisor Director will manage implementation guidance for partners, mitigate delivery risks, and advocate for partner needs while driving AI and Agentforce strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Provide implementation and technical advisory during pre-sale, pre-implementation, and active delivery phases of partner-led engagements
• Lead strategic solutioning for Agentforce and AI-powered implementations, ensuring alignment with business objectives
• Serve as an advocate for partner delivery teams, facilitating access to resources and addressing their challenges within Salesforce

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in consulting, technical advisory, program management, or account management, preferably with Salesforce or similar enterprise SaaS applications
• Demonstrated experience with AI or LLM-based technologies, including Agentforce or equivalent platforms
• Working technical knowledge of the Salesforce platform, including Core CRM, Data Cloud, and Salesforce APIs
• Proven ability to identify and mitigate delivery risks in complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise implementations
• Exceptional communication and influencing skills, capable of translating technical concepts for executive audiences
