Partner Delivery Success Manager

Job Summary

Driving delivery transformation and enablement programs, the full-time remote Partner Delivery Success Manager will engage with major Global System Integrators to enhance partner delivery practices and build strategic relationships across the Americas region.

Key responsibilities

• Lead strategic engagement with partners to drive delivery excellence and transform practices at a programmatic level
• Champion the adoption of modern delivery approaches and support partners in achieving delivery health
• Design and lead enablement programs to up-skill partner teams, embedding best practices into their methodologies

Required qualifications

• Demonstrable experience in delivery success, partner engagement, or strategic enablement within enterprise technology environments
• Proven background with large System Integrators or Consulting organizations, understanding enterprise delivery methodologies
• Exceptional communication and influencing skills, capable of engaging with senior stakeholders across diverse cultures
• Strategic thinker with the ability to drive change at scale while maintaining a high-level perspective
• International experience and comfort working across multiple countries and cultures
