Job Summary
Managing a high-volume portfolio of small and mid-size partners, the full-time remote Partner Development Account Manager will drive partner success through onboarding, performance tracking, and cross-functional collaboration to enhance the partner experience.
Key responsibilities:
- Owning and managing partner relationships as the primary point of contact throughout the partner lifecycle
- Advising partners on strategies for enrollment, engagement, and communication to maximize program performance
- Tracking partner performance and providing insights to inform partner strategy and improve decision-making
Required qualifications:
- 4+ years of experience in partner success, partner development, customer success, account management, or a similar client-facing role
- Experience with performance reporting, data analysis, or operational processes related to customer decision-making
- Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally with teams such as Marketing, Sales, Product, or Operations
- Strong analytical skills to interpret performance metrics and translate data into actionable recommendations
- Familiarity with health tech, digital health, or regulated industries is preferred
