Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Partner Development Manager to support partner recruitment and development efforts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in identifying and onboarding new partners aligned with the ideal partner profile
  • Support partner readiness through tailored onboarding and enablement initiatives
  • Help generate and track partner-attributed pipeline and opportunities to support revenue growth
Required Qualifications
  • 1+ years of experience in partner/channel management, B2B sales, or ecosystem development
  • Exposure to managing strategic relationships with partners and internal stakeholders
  • Experience working towards defined KPIs and reporting on business outcomes
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and reporting (e.g., Salesforce)
