Job Summary
A company is looking for an Associate Partner Development Manager to support partner recruitment and development efforts.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in identifying and onboarding new partners aligned with the ideal partner profile
- Support partner readiness through tailored onboarding and enablement initiatives
- Help generate and track partner-attributed pipeline and opportunities to support revenue growth
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in partner/channel management, B2B sales, or ecosystem development
- Exposure to managing strategic relationships with partners and internal stakeholders
- Experience working towards defined KPIs and reporting on business outcomes
- Familiarity with CRM tools and reporting (e.g., Salesforce)
