Job Summary

A company is looking for a Partner Development Executive to support the growth and activation of partner supply across digital performance channels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prospect, recruit, onboard, and develop new partners into the performance marketing platform
  • Research and identify potential partners through various channels including trade shows and online communities
  • Coordinate with internal teams to analyze sales pipelines and align recruitment efforts with marketer demand
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
  • 2-5+ years of experience in affiliate marketing, partner management, or business development
  • Strong understanding of performance marketing ecosystems and affiliate communities
  • Proven ability to source and attract partners through multiple channels
  • Experience working closely with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Sales, and Compliance
