Job Summary
A company is looking for a Partner Development Executive to support the growth and activation of partner supply across digital performance channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Prospect, recruit, onboard, and develop new partners into the performance marketing platform
- Research and identify potential partners through various channels including trade shows and online communities
- Coordinate with internal teams to analyze sales pipelines and align recruitment efforts with marketer demand
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
- 2-5+ years of experience in affiliate marketing, partner management, or business development
- Strong understanding of performance marketing ecosystems and affiliate communities
- Proven ability to source and attract partners through multiple channels
- Experience working closely with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Sales, and Compliance
