Job Summary
A company is looking for a Partner Development Manager I to drive new partner growth and manage relationships within the Channel Sales department.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct proactive outreach to new, underperforming, and previously terminated partners to identify opportunities
- Manage daily deal flow and track active opportunities across multiple sales cycle stages
- Collaborate with Partner Managers to analyze partner performance data and identify growth opportunities
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree and/or comparable experience preferred
- 2+ years of B2B sales experience, ideally in Payment Processing or Financial Services
- Proven success in meeting and exceeding sales goals
- Experience with contract/partnership negotiations is a plus
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
