Job Summary

A company is looking for a Partner Development Manager I to drive new partner growth and manage relationships within the Channel Sales department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct proactive outreach to new, underperforming, and previously terminated partners to identify opportunities
  • Manage daily deal flow and track active opportunities across multiple sales cycle stages
  • Collaborate with Partner Managers to analyze partner performance data and identify growth opportunities
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree and/or comparable experience preferred
  • 2+ years of B2B sales experience, ideally in Payment Processing or Financial Services
  • Proven success in meeting and exceeding sales goals
  • Experience with contract/partnership negotiations is a plus
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
