Job Summary

A company is looking for a Partner Development Manager to drive commercial partner performance and sustainable sales impact.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategic partner business plans to promote cloud adoption and digital transformation
  • Lead go-to-market planning and coach partners on sales strategies to drive execution of top opportunities
  • Establish trusted-advisor relationships with C-suite leaders and maintain engagement with partner teams to enhance performance
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Operations, Computer Science, or related field
  • 5+ years in partner management, sales, business development, or partner channel development in tech
  • Minimum 2+ years as a Partner Development Manager for a client or ISV
  • Proven ability to lead sales initiatives and develop joint business strategies
  • Executive-level relationship management and negotiation skills
