Job Summary
A company is looking for a Partner Development Manager to drive commercial partner performance and sustainable sales impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic partner business plans to promote cloud adoption and digital transformation
- Lead go-to-market planning and coach partners on sales strategies to drive execution of top opportunities
- Establish trusted-advisor relationships with C-suite leaders and maintain engagement with partner teams to enhance performance
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Operations, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years in partner management, sales, business development, or partner channel development in tech
- Minimum 2+ years as a Partner Development Manager for a client or ISV
- Proven ability to lead sales initiatives and develop joint business strategies
- Executive-level relationship management and negotiation skills
