Job Summary

A company is looking for a Partner Development Manager to lead strategic partner growth initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain trusted relationships with executive leadership to drive strategic alignment and growth
  • Architect and execute go-to-market strategies for partner solutions, ensuring effective campaign launches
  • Monitor and guide partner pipeline management and deal execution across all solution areas
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Operations, Computer Science, or a related field AND 5+ years of experience in partner management, sales, or business development in the technology industry
  • 5+ years of enterprise partner management experience, including building and executing partner business plans
  • 5+ years of enterprise sales experience in managing technology partner ecosystem sales programs
  • Proven experience influencing senior executive leaders and managing stakeholder relationships
  • Knowledge of market partner software offerings related to enablement and incentives management
