Job Summary

A company is looking for a Partner Development & Growth Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Source, pitch, negotiate, and close new partners through various channels
  • Manage the partnership deal cycle, including onboarding and activation of partners
  • Track partner performance and collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize partner programs
Required Qualifications
  • 3-5 years of experience in partnerships, sales, business development, or channel roles, preferably in SaaS
  • Proven track record of closing partnerships and managing partner portfolios
  • Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience managing high-volume partner accounts with varying maturity levels
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, PartnerStack, HubSpot, and similar tools
