Job Summary
A company is looking for a Partner Development & Growth Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Source, pitch, negotiate, and close new partners through various channels
- Manage the partnership deal cycle, including onboarding and activation of partners
- Track partner performance and collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize partner programs
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in partnerships, sales, business development, or channel roles, preferably in SaaS
- Proven track record of closing partnerships and managing partner portfolios
- Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills
- Experience managing high-volume partner accounts with varying maturity levels
- Familiarity with Salesforce, PartnerStack, HubSpot, and similar tools
