Partner Development Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Partner Development Manager to build and scale its integration partner ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and grow a portfolio of strategic technology and platform partners
• Drive sourced and influenced pipeline through partner relationships and execute joint GTM plans
• Build strong relationships within partner organizations and track partner performance metrics

Required Qualifications

• Approximately 5 years of experience in partnerships, business development, or platform strategy
• Strong understanding of developer ecosystems and modern data/infrastructure stacks
• Demonstrated experience in shipping integrations and managing them post-launch
• Commercially minded with experience in deal structures, revenue models, and KPIs
• Highly organized with the ability to build programs from scratch and iterate quickly
