Job Summary
A company is looking for a Partner Development Manager to lead the execution and operationalization of its partnerships program.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end execution of partnerships with GSIs, Consultancies, and Technology Platform partners
- Support account/category leads in driving direct partner account revenue through strategic initiatives
- Conduct partner enablement sessions and ensure partners are fully trained on products and value propositions
Required Qualifications
- 5-7 years of experience in partner operations, partner enablement, or channel programs in the B2B SaaS/technology industry
- Demonstrated track record of building and executing partnership programs that enabled revenue growth
- Experience managing end-to-end partner relationship execution, including onboarding and success measurement
- Deep understanding of sales processes and revenue operations in the tech industry
- Familiarity with partnership technology stacks and CRM systems
