Job Summary
Seeking a highly driven Partner Development Manager in a remote capacity, the successful candidate will focus on identifying, recruiting, and activating new referral and marketplace partners to accelerate revenue growth and expand the company's ecosystem.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and recruit new strategic partners while executing a partner acquisition strategy aligned with revenue goals
- Lead deal structuring and negotiation for new partner agreements, ensuring alignment with company objectives
- Own partner-sourced pipeline targets, track performance, and drive accountability for measurable business impact
Required qualifications
- 5-10+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, or channel roles
- Proven success in acquiring net-new partners, with exceptional negotiation skills
- Experience in structuring complex deals and influencing contracts and commercial terms
- Strong track record of driving revenue through partnerships and cross-functional collaboration
- Familiarity with CRM/PRM systems and proficiency in tools such as Salesforce
