Job Summary

Focused on expanding the cloud partner ecosystem, the full-time Partner Development Manager will manage relationships with Microsoft-aligned partners, drive co-sell motions, and recruit new partners while working remotely.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own and grow relationships across a portfolio of Microsoft-aligned partners, including CSPs, MSPs, and ISVs
  • Recruit, onboard, and develop new strategic partners while enhancing engagement with existing accounts
  • Build and execute joint business plans and co-sell strategies with partner and Microsoft field teams
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in partner development, channel sales, or cloud ecosystem management
  • Demonstrated success working with Microsoft partners and understanding Azure co-sell motions
  • Experience managing both established strategic partners and recruiting emerging partners
  • Working knowledge of cloud economics, FinOps principles, and consumption-based business models
  • Strong operational discipline with experience managing pipeline and contracts through Salesforce
