Job Summary
A company is looking for a Partner Development Representative to help build relationships with potential strategic partners across North America.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and connect with potential partners across North America
- Build and manage a strong pipeline of partner conversations and opportunities
- Nurture relationships from first contact to activation, ensuring a smooth transition with internal teams
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in similar roles (BDR, SDR, PDR, or in partnerships/sales development)
- Experience working in SaaS or B2B environments with an HR focus
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Fluency in English is required; advanced Spanish is a plus
