Job Summary

A company is looking for a Partner Development Representative to help build relationships with potential strategic partners across North America.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and connect with potential partners across North America
  • Build and manage a strong pipeline of partner conversations and opportunities
  • Nurture relationships from first contact to activation, ensuring a smooth transition with internal teams
Required Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience in similar roles (BDR, SDR, PDR, or in partnerships/sales development)
  • Experience working in SaaS or B2B environments with an HR focus
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Fluency in English is required; advanced Spanish is a plus
