Job Summary

Focusing on identifying and activating strategic partners, the full-time remote Partner Development Representative will generate partner-sourced pipeline through research, outreach, and engagement while supporting partner onboarding and co-selling initiatives.

Key responsibilities
  • Research and identify strategic partners that align with the company's go-to-market strategy
  • Engage and qualify prospective partners through personalized outreach and discovery calls
  • Support partner onboarding and enablement, ensuring partners understand the company's value proposition
Required qualifications
  • 5+ years of prior partner development experience, preferably in SaaS or technology
  • Experience using sales and partner tools such as Salesforce and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
  • BA/BS degree from an accredited university or equivalent experience
  • Ability to engage confidently with senior stakeholders at partner organizations
  • Passion for partnerships and a desire to build a career in software and technology
