Job Summary
To enhance partner training and knowledge management, the full-time Partner Education Specialist will create and maintain Help Center content, develop training materials, and enforce a comprehensive style guide while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Steward the Help Center by creating, maintaining, and improving knowledge articles with a regular content review cycle
- Develop training content and collaborate with the Partner Training and Education Manager to ensure alignment with partner needs
- Write and edit video scripts for training and product content, ensuring clarity and adherence to style standards
Required qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in technical writing, knowledge management, or content strategy with ownership of a content library
- Experience writing and editing for both technical and non-technical audiences
- Demonstrated ability to develop and enforce style guides and content standards
- Experience writing or editing scripts for video content
- Familiarity with knowledge management systems and Help Center platforms
