Partner Enablement Consultant

Job Summary

To support a growing partner ecosystem, the full-time Partner Enablement Consultant will develop scalable training materials and resources, enhance enablement delivery, and collaborate with cross-functional teams in a remote work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Design scalable toolkits and training materials for partner-facing sales and technical audiences
• Create audience-appropriate content to effectively communicate value and technical concepts to partners
• Provide coaching and reusable resources to internal teams for consistent partner enablement delivery

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Science/Engineering or a related field; relevant technical certifications are a plus
• 5-8 years of experience in creating sales or technical enablement content for complex technology offerings
• Experience using AI-enabled tools for content creation and productivity improvement
• Strong understanding of optical networking and managed services
• Proven ability to translate complex technical solutions into clear, modular enablement assets
