Job Summary

A company is looking for a Partner Enablement Coordinator to manage onboarding and support for new partners while addressing operational needs within the Business Development department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the onboarding process for new partners, ensuring documentation and compliance
  • Coordinate training sessions and monitor onboarding progress for new accounts
  • Support sales operations, including CRM management and preparation of sales reports
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred
  • 5+ years of experience in sales support or administrative coordination, preferably in fintech or SaaS
  • ETA CPP Certificate and experience in high-risk payment processing preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft products, especially Microsoft Excel
  • Understanding of card brand rules and regulations is a plus
