Job Summary
Leading partner and strategic account enablement initiatives, the full-time remote Partner Enablement Lead will manage change management, communications, and engagement planning to drive successful market adoption of SuccessEdge offerings.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive partner change management and communication strategies
- Analyze business and operational requirements from strategic accounts and create enablement plans
- Create executive-level content and oversee communication campaigns for stakeholders and leadership
Required qualifications
- Experience leading large-scale business transformations or partner programs
- Proven track record working with strategic customers and channel partners
- Expertise in change management, communications, and program management
- Ability to perform fit-gap analyses and develop strategic engagement strategies
- Experience in creating executive-level content and managing communication campaigns
