Job Summary
A company is looking for a Partner Enablement Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and implement partner enablement strategies aligned with growth priorities
- Design and deliver onboarding and training programs for partner sales and technical teams
- Develop and maintain partner-facing enablement content and track performance metrics
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, Education, or a related field
- Minimum 4 years of experience in sales or partner enablement roles, preferably in a SaaS or IT services environment
- Experience in delivering training and enabling partners to sell complex technical solutions
- Familiarity with CRM platforms such as Salesforce and other relevant tools
- Strong understanding of IT services, including managed services and cybersecurity
