Job Summary

A company is looking for a Partner Enablement Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Define and implement partner enablement strategies aligned with growth priorities
  • Design and deliver onboarding and training programs for partner sales and technical teams
  • Develop and maintain partner-facing enablement content and track performance metrics
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, Education, or a related field
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in sales or partner enablement roles, preferably in a SaaS or IT services environment
  • Experience in delivering training and enabling partners to sell complex technical solutions
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms such as Salesforce and other relevant tools
  • Strong understanding of IT services, including managed services and cybersecurity
