Job Summary
A company is looking for a Partner Field Enablement Manager to design and deliver enablement programs that enhance partner readiness and drive revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and deliver structured onboarding programs for partner sales and field teams
- Collaborate with various teams to align enablement content with go-to-market priorities and product updates
- Track certification completion and correlate engagement with partner performance metrics
Qualifications & Requirements
- 2-5 years of experience in partner sales, partner enablement, or channel programs
- Experience in designing and delivering enablement programs across global partner ecosystems
- Strong understanding of co-sell motions within SaaS or industrial technology ecosystems
- Familiarity with industrial sectors such as oil & gas, chemicals, pharma, or utilities
- Self-starter mindset comfortable in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
