Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and deliver structured onboarding programs for partner sales and field teams
  • Collaborate with various teams to align enablement content with go-to-market priorities and product updates
  • Track certification completion and correlate engagement with partner performance metrics
Qualifications & Requirements
  • 2-5 years of experience in partner sales, partner enablement, or channel programs
  • Experience in designing and delivering enablement programs across global partner ecosystems
  • Strong understanding of co-sell motions within SaaS or industrial technology ecosystems
  • Familiarity with industrial sectors such as oil & gas, chemicals, pharma, or utilities
  • Self-starter mindset comfortable in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
