Job Summary

A company is looking for a Partner Enablement Manager to empower channel partners in selling and supporting managed IT, cloud, connectivity, and cybersecurity solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Define and own the partner enablement strategy aligned with growth priorities
  • Design and deliver structured onboarding and training programs for partner sales and technical audiences
  • Develop and maintain partner-facing enablement assets and track partner enablement KPIs
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, Education, or a related field
  • Minimum 4 years' experience in sales enablement, partner enablement, or channel roles
  • Experience delivering training and enablement to external audiences
  • Strong understanding of IT services, including managed services, cloud, and cybersecurity
  • Experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce and tools like Outreach and MS Office
