Job Summary
A company is looking for a Partner Enablement Manager to empower channel partners in selling and supporting managed IT, cloud, connectivity, and cybersecurity solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and own the partner enablement strategy aligned with growth priorities
- Design and deliver structured onboarding and training programs for partner sales and technical audiences
- Develop and maintain partner-facing enablement assets and track partner enablement KPIs
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, Education, or a related field
- Minimum 4 years' experience in sales enablement, partner enablement, or channel roles
- Experience delivering training and enablement to external audiences
- Strong understanding of IT services, including managed services, cloud, and cybersecurity
- Experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce and tools like Outreach and MS Office
