Job Summary

A company is looking for a Partner Enablement Lead to build and scale its global partner ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and own the global partner enablement strategy, including onboarding and certification
  • Create structured onboarding journeys and certification programs for partners
  • Develop enablement content and facilitate training for partners and internal teams


Required Qualifications
  • 4-7+ years of experience in partner enablement or related fields in a SaaS or platform company
  • At least 2 years of experience enabling channel or technology partners
  • Hands-on experience with APIs and modern AI/ML platforms
  • Proven ability to build enablement programs in fast-paced environments
  • Strong understanding of B2B SaaS sales motions and partner-led growth
