Job Summary

Partner Enablement Manager, a full-time remote position responsible for building and scaling partner enablement functions through training, certification, and activation programs to enhance partner engagement and drive revenue.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and deliver training and certification programs for partners
  • Drive awareness and adoption of Netomi solutions within partner teams
  • Manage program operations, including scheduling, tracking, and reporting
Required Qualifications
  • 3-5+ years of experience in enablement, training, partner programs, or consulting
  • Proven experience in leading or supporting training and certification programs
  • Experience working with consulting firms or system integrators preferred
  • Strong program management and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to balance strategy with hands-on execution
