Job Summary

To build a world-class partner ecosystem, the full-time remote Partner Enablement Manager will own the strategy and execution of partner enablement programs, focusing on onboarding, training, and content development to ensure partners effectively position and support Fundraise Up.

Key responsibilities
  • Build and execute a tiered enablement strategy for various partner types, balancing scalable programs with high-touch support
  • Design structured onboarding and certification programs to equip partners for effective engagement and support
  • Own the partner programming and events calendar, facilitating webinars and workshops to drive pipeline and partner participation
Required qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in partner enablement, partnerships, channel programs, or revenue enablement in SaaS
  • Proven ability to build enablement programs that drive revenue outcomes
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple work streams under tight deadlines
  • Experience with partner tooling and data workflows, including Salesforce and PartnerStack
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to define KPIs and iterate based on data
