Partner Enablement Operations Specialist

Job Summary

Managing the distribution of NVIDIA documentation and collateral, the full-time Partner Enablement Operations Specialist will evaluate incoming requests, validate sharing permissions, and serve as the operational expert for internal systems while working remotely or onsite.

Key responsibilities

• Evaluate and prioritize requests for documentation distribution to external partners and customers
• Validate contracts and sharing permissions, ensuring compliance with NVIDIA policies
• Maintain accurate records of requests, approvals, and distribution history

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in business operations, program management, or a similar role
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• Strong judgment in handling internal information and external sharing decisions
• Ability to work across various teams, including legal, product, and engineering
• Demonstrated process improvement skills with a focus on operational efficiency
