Partner Engagement Lead

Job Summary

Managing global partner communications and engagement initiatives, the full-time Partner Community & Engagement Lead will oversee programs that enhance partner experiences, drive participation, and deliver value, working in a remote or hybrid setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the global partner communications plan, including scheduling and publishing content via the partner portal
• Lead community programming initiatives, such as channel webinars and regional events, to foster partner engagement
• Gather and analyze partner feedback to inform program improvements and enhance partner benefits

Required Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in global channel programs and partner marketing
• Proven track record in managing multi-channel partner engagement programs
• Experience leading advocacy and recognition initiatives for partners
• Data-informed mindset with the ability to translate insights into program improvements
• Excellent communication skills, with experience in crafting engaging messaging for diverse audiences
