Job Summary

A company is looking for a Partner Engagement Manager to drive the success of partner-led services.

Key Responsibilities

Build relationships with partner leaders and consultants
Provide strategic recommendations on Workspace design and project success
Manage partner business, monitor projects, and create growth plans

Required Qualifications

7+ years of experience in strategic consulting, customer success, or partner management within SaaS or technology
Strong project management skills with the ability to oversee multiple projects
Experience with SaaS implementation and work management tools
Familiarity with customer success metrics (NDR, GDR, platform adoption)
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
