Job Summary

A company is looking for a Partner Engagement Manager (West Coast) to manage relationships with district and school partners.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact for district leaders and instructional teams
• Manage onboarding timelines and track partner satisfaction and usage
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance partner success and address feedback

Required Qualifications

• 2-5 years in Customer Success, Account Support, or a related role in EdTech or K-12
• Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM to manage accounts
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Experience with SaaS platforms or curriculum implementations preferred
• Curiosity, empathy, and a passion for the mission and values
