A company is looking for a Partner Engagement Manager to lead relationships with district and school partners.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact for district leaders and instructional teams
• Manage onboarding timelines and track partner satisfaction to ensure successful implementation
• Monitor partner health signals and document engagement trends for renewal readiness

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• 2-5 years in Customer Success, Account Support, or related role in EdTech, publishing, or K-12
• Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM to manage accounts and track renewals
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Experience with SaaS platforms, curriculum implementations, or instructional resources preferred
• Curiosity, empathy, and a passion for the mission and values
