Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary support contact for agencies, providing timely guidance and assistance

- Monitor customer performance and engagement signals to identify risks and prioritize outreach
Required Qualifications
- 3 years of experience in customer success, customer support, or a related role
- Familiarity with customer engagement platforms such as Salesforce or Intercom
- Ability to interpret data signals to guide customer outreach and escalation
- Strong organizational skills in a fast-paced environment
