Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Design and manage the enterprise listening strategy, including various surveys and feedback approaches
• Analyze quantitative and qualitative feedback to provide actionable insights for leaders and stakeholders
• Lead and support initiatives focused on belonging and inclusion, partnering with leaders to activate inclusive practices

Required Qualifications

• Significant experience in leading employee engagement, listening, belonging, or DEI initiatives in complex organizations
• Demonstrated success in designing and administering enterprise engagement surveys
• Experience working with diverse populations, including frontline or clinical teams
• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred, along with 6 years of relevant experience
• Proven experience translating engagement and inclusion insights into actionable strategies
