• 7+ years in SaaS operations, with 3+ years in partner operations
• Ability to translate partner requirements into tangible deliverables
• Proven ability to set goals and manage performance metrics
• Strong project and program management skills
• Experience with technology alliances, resellers, and managed services providers is preferred
